One to One Fitness Coaching & Personal Training

I offer a FREE consultation and taster session and up to 30% discount with six week personal training packages. 

Individual sessions are £30.

Why choose a 6 week package?

It saves you money and you become more motivated to train. Results are what you want but these don't happen overnight. Around the 4-6 week mark is when you really start to notice changes, how your clothes fit and changes in your body composition. 

 

It also give me the trainer and you the client time to get to know your strengths and weaknesses, although of course the decision is yours.

One to One Online Personal Training via Facetime/Skype etc

A package of six sessions costs £100.

All sessions must be cancelled with more than 24 hrs notice; otherwise full payment will be incurred.
