One to One Fitness Coaching & Personal Training

I offer a FREE consultation and taster session and discount if booking a six week personal training package.

Individual sessions are £30 per hour (payable upfront)

Benefits of a 6 week package

It saves you money and you become more motivated to train. Results are what you want but these don't happen overnight.  Around the 4-6 week mark is when you really start to notice changes, how your clothes fit and improvements in your body composition. 


Committing to a six week programme also allows time for me to get to know your strengths and weaknesses.  But of course the decision is entirely yours.

6 week packages

One session per week

Two sessions per week

If booking a 6 week package then payment must be made in advance of the first training session and all sessions must be completed within 60 days.

One to One Online Personal Training via Facetime/Skype etc 

FREE consultation and 30 minute taster session with One to One Online Personal Training, individual sessions are priced at £20 per hour.  

A package of six sessions costs £100.

All my services are provided on a mobile basis and all sessions last 1 hour unless otherwise stated.

Personal training clients will receive a free initial consultation where we will meet face to face to discuss your goals, health and fitness requirements *

All sessions must be cancelled with more than 24 hrs notice, otherwise the session will be forfeited.
